When you refer a friend or family member to us, you can earn up to $1000 for each property we successfully close and fund. There’s no limit to how many referrals you can make, and you’ll receive a bonus for each property that successfully closes.
In order for you to receive your bonus, we must close and fund the property of the referred party.
You’ll be notified via email once the referred property is under contract. At that time, we’ll provide you with a close date or an estimated timeline. However, if the deal falls through, the bonus will not be paid.
The referral program is designed for referrers only. The referred party does not receive any benefits from this program.
At this time, no formal process is required. Referrals are made through word of mouth. Just ensure the seller provides your full name on the referral step when they complete the form. Also, to streamline our processes, the referrer should contact us at hello@circlehomebuyers.com to let us know of the referrals name as well. We’ll then take care of the rest.
No, there’s no time limit for the referral to close. As long as the property eventually closes, you’ll receive your bonus.
Yes, the referral bonus is considered taxable income. You may receive a 1099 form if your total bonuses meet the reporting threshold. Consult a tax professional for guidance on how this may affect your taxes.
You have the flexibility to choose your preferred payment method. We can send your referral bonus via mailed check, Zelle, or Venmo.
